In fact, you will bring in such a rich quality of experience, that other students will have a great opportunity to learn from you. At the same time, you will also have plenty to learn from your much younger classmates.

    Things that you need to consider if you do decide to go for an MBA is family life and professional plan. You will have to forgo your salary if you plan to do an MBA full time. You will also have to manage how your kids will go to school if you move to a new city for business school. If you are married, then you will have to discuss with your partner how you plan to manage the 2 years of MBA away from home.
